A French summer inspired cooking class on the lavender farm!
The evening begins with a culinary lavender taste test in the lavender field, followed by enjoying and preparing sweet and savory recipes such as:
- lemon lavender chicken salad
- lavender and honey whipped goat cheese crostini
- lavender spearmint cucumber sandwiches
- Herbs de Provence marinated chicken kabobs
- Pistachio lavender chocolate bark
You’ll also mix your own jar of Herbs de Provence, which is a lovely blend of herbs commonly found in southern France, including lavender!
Refreshing raspberry lavender lemonade will be provided and guests are welcome to bring their own beverages to enjoy!
After class, wander the flower fields to pick a bundle of lavender while you watch the sun fade.
