Leah started her yoga journey in 2000 after injuries slowed down her athletic training. The former Div. 1 volleyball player found another passion and studied with the Centre for Advanced Yoga Studies in Lexington, SC. Leah studied and taught various forms including Hatha, Kundalini, Iyengar, Ashtanga and loves to personally practice as much hot yoga as possible.
